- I am having trouble logging in, what should I do?
If you are having trouble logging in, please check that your email address and password are spelled correctly. Please keep in mind that the email address and password are case sensitive.
- If there are problems with my order, who should I contact?
All questions regarding product orders and information should be addressed to the admin at sales@exospeed.com or by calling us directly at 818-551-5570. If you feel more comfortable by ordering through the phone, feel free to call us. We offer technical information as well with any of the products you are purchasing.
- How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders placed online are shipped out within 24-48 hours via UPS GROUND. The transit time averages 3-7 “BUSINESS DAYS” depending on your location. Custom built or custom order products vary in delivery date, please discuss this with our sales representative for further details.
- What is your return policy?
- All returns must have an authorization approval number from Exospeed prior to shipment back to our facility. Packages that are sent back to us without approval are still property of the buyer and are not immediately eligible for refund. Refused packages are still the property and responsibility of the buyer. Any refused packages sent back to Exospeed will be pending and on hold with us until buyer arranges shipment back.
- Approved returns are pending upon the inspection of the returned packages. Approved return of products must be in its original unopened/unaltered packaging, in resellable condition, and fall within 21 calendar days of purchase date. Do not write any Return Authorization Number on any of the product packaging, this will be considered altered packaging and is not acceptable for a return. Customer must contact us within the specified timeframe to receive a return authorization approval.
- Failure to contact Exospeed through email, phone, letter, or fax regarding any returns or refused packages within 21 days of purchase voids the return policy.
- Refunds are assessed a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees to the buyer and additional costs incured if Exospeed is charged for refused packages are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Custom built or custom order items such as, but not limited to, racing wheels, slicks, camshafts, pistons, connecting rods, and other non-inventory items are not eligible for a refund. Custom engine work such as cylinder head work, race blocks, full race engines, and camshafts are non-refundable.
- Does Exospeed ship internationally?
For international orders, please call or email us for shipping rate quotes. We ship all over the world through UPS, Fed Ex, US Postal and freight service.
